अन गालावर खुद्कन खळी पाडते...
तर कधी हसता-हसता....
डोळी माझ्या पाणी आणते.....

गर्दीत राहुन सुद्धा ती....
एकांताच आभास देते.....
अन एकांतात गेलो तरी मला....
नाही कधी एकटे सोडते....

डोळे बंद केल्यावरचे.....
नवे विश्व दाखवुन देते....
अन उघड्या डोळ्यांनाही .....
ती कधी धुंद करुन टाकते.....

दूर लोटायचा प्रयत्न केला....
तर अधिकच जवळ येवुन बसते....
जवळ तिला बोलवले तर मात्र....
कोपरयात कुठे दडुन बसते.....

हिच आहे माझी खरी मैत्रिण....
नेहमी साथ देणारी.....
आगंतुक असली तरी.....
हवी-हवीशी वाटणारी....

अश्रून्सोबत आहे
हा सूर्योदय, नवीन अशा
पल्लवित करीत आहे
इंद्रधनुष्य, जीवनात नवीन
रंग भरत आहे
हा मंद वारा, काही तरी मनाला
सुचवत आहे

दुख मला असेलच कुठेतरी ह्या वळणावर
त्या सर्वाना सोडून जाताना
पण आनंद ही असेलच
जीवनी माझा जीवनसाठी सोबत असताना

आज माझ्या अश्रूंची वाट
त्याने अडवली
हृदयात जणू त्याने मला
सामावून घेतले
त्याच्या एका प्रेमाच्या स्पर्शाने
जणू माझे सारे जीवन बहरले

वाटले आता खरा प्रवास सुरू
झाला आहे
असें मी लहान..पण आता

Supreme Court Judgement - Right to Emergency Care

Right to Emergency Care:
Date Of Judgment: 23/02/2007.
Case  No.: Appeal (civil) 919 of 2007.

The  Supreme Court has ruled that all injured persons especially in the
case of road  traffic accidents, assaults, etc., when brought to a
hospital / medical centre,  have to be offered first aid, stabilized
and shifted to a higher centre /  government centre if required. It is
only after this that the hospital can  demand payment or complete
police formalities. In case you are a bystander and  wish to help
someone in an accident, please go ahead and do so. Your  responsibility
ends as soon as you leave the person at the  hospital.

The hospital  bears the responsibility of informing the police, first
aid,  etc.

Please  do inform your family and friends about these basic rights so
that we all know  what to expect and what to do in the hour of
need.Please  not only go ahead and forward, use it too!!!!

Who said Sardars are stupid

80,000 sardars meet in the gurunanak stadium, for a "Sardars Are Not
Stupid" Convention.




The leader says, "We are all here today to prove to the world that
Sardars are not stupid. Can I have a volunteer?"



A sardar gingerly works his way through the crowd and steps up to the
stage. The leader asks him, "What is 15 plus 15?"



After 15 or 20 seconds he says, "Eighteen!"



Obviously everyone is a little disappointed.



Then 80,000 sardars start cheering, "Give him another chance! Give him
another chance!"



The leader says, "Well since we've gone to the trouble of getting
80,000 Of you in one place and we have the worldwide press and global
broadcast media here, uh, I guess we can give him another chance."



So he asks, "What is 5 plus 5?"



After nearly 30 seconds he eventually Says, "Ninety?"



The leader is quite perplexed, looks down and just lets out a dejected
Sigh - everyone is disheartened, the sardar starts crying and the
80,000 sardars begin to yell and wave their hands shouting,



"GIVE HIM ANOTHER CHANCE! GIVE HIM ANOTHER CHANCE!"



The leader, unsure whether or not he is doing more ha than damage,
eventually says, "Ok! Ok! Just one more chance What is 2 plus 2?"



The surd closes his eyes, and after a whole minute eventually says, "Four?"



Throughout the stadium pandemonium breaks out as all 80,000 surdies
jump To their feet, wave their arms, stomp their feet and scream...
